The Halloween 2021 event started on October 1, 2021 and is the very first Halloween and Holiday event in Eterspire.

The log-in screen players were greeted with for the Halloween event!
Upon logging in you were greeted with a different log-in screen background in a Halloween theme. Many parts of the game were halloweenified by having Jack-O-Laterns, a dark night effect, and even a night time background sound!
The event consisted of heading to the Old Mill in Old Guswacha's Firefly Forest (Section 2) and talking to Caliburnus atop the mill. Upon reaching Caliburnus, you simply speak to him and are proceeded with some dialogue:

| Caliburnus: And do you know what that means? |
| Caliburnus: Costumes! |
| Caliburnus: I'm giving away free costumes. |
| Caliburnus: Enjoy! |
After all the dialogue is completed, the Caliburnus' Spooky Costumes shop appears where you are able to obtain free costumes! You are presented with two Head slot Cosmetic free items. The two items available for 2021 are the Pumpkin Head and the Horse Skull. Both items will vanish if you drop them on the ground and are not tradeable.
